MRA was tapped to help design the master plan of this luxury residential resort community. We designed the amenity structures, including a clubhouse, bar/restaurant, 3D printed canyon and spa, as well as 20 traditionally built homes throughout the site. Elevating the Canyon Club amenities above the floodplain allowed us to shape a one-of-a-kind, 3D-printed canyon—an architectural tribute to Alligator Creek, which traces the northern boundary of the site. In partnership with ICON, we imagined the spa to evoke the sense of a modern cenote.
